What is premature ejaculation? (PE)

Put simply, premature ejaculation occurs when you achieve orgasm soon after, or even before, putting your penis inside your partner. A feeling you have no control of when ejaculation happens.

Three features are used to decide whether a person has premature ejaculation. These are:

Ejaculation occurs always or nearly always within a minute of penetration
You often have difficulty delaying ejaculation
You find sex frustrating or distressing and tend to avoid it
